The club will be contracted with you after they make sure to receive the money, and would hand out the member card in 14 days.Meanwhile ,the applicants become formal member. 5. No matter who couldn’t give out all of the membership fee during the fixing time, we wouldn’t pay back the money which had been paid without exception, and the club have a final say to end the membership qualification and stay the privilege of paying bank the lost. 6. The members should pay the cost every year ,and the fee this year which the club had appointed to should be paid before March 31 each year .The club will collect the overdue fine of 2% if yours had over the dead line .If exceeded 60days ,that member will stop all of the privilege which membership offers ,until you paid the loan and the overdue fine in full. 7.
