Yangliuqing Golf Club, The First and Only DIY Golf Course in Tianjin!

Tianjin Yangliuqing Golf Club located in an ancient town named “Yangliuqing”, which is the famous with “Nian Hua” (Chinese New Year Painting), a special painting with special art style and strong local distinguish that created since 400 years ago.

Boasting a stunning 36-hole championship course designed by Schmidt Curly Design company (CD course) and Jianpiao Hao (AB course), the 3000 acres golf course is indeed a serene beautiful forest area in XEDA (Xiqing Economic Development Area) and which is only 20 kilometer (13 miles) drives from the downtown of Tianjin. Yangliuqing Golf club is invested by Tianjin Home World Limited Company.

Since its opening in October 1999, Yangliuqing Golf Club has captured the hearts and imagination of the Tianjin golfing fraternity. The design of the 7010 yards AB and 7325 yards CD courses are challenging yet fair, with playing options for all levels of golfers. The design and construction reflect a desire to be “ONE” with nature, and this is reflected in the wildlife that inhibit the waterways and mature trees. To ensure that a round of golf at yangliuqing is always a rewarding experience, the lush Zoysia fairways of AB and bentgrass fairway of CD and undulating L93 Bentgrass  greens are always maintained to the highest standards. Driving on the well maintaining fairways will maximize the enjoyment of your golf rounds!

Bearing testimony to Yangliuqing Golf Club as the first DIY (Do It Yourself) golfing concept in China in 2009, the club has it’s impressive portfolio of international championship. The club successfully held the 2008 Omega China Tour and in 2003, the club was voted “China Best Urban Golf Course”.

The Yangliuqing clubhouse will be up graded to 6000 square meter with more high end facilities completion in early 2011. Currently, members and guests enjoy the facilities of The Asian Feast Restaurant, cafeteria, locker rooms with saunas and a well stocked pro-shop. The 12,000 square meters driving range with bentgrass hitting bays provide complimentary golf ball service to members. Golf Lessons are available and is conducted by our CLPGA coach Miss Vicky Li.
